English Breakfast Shibori
It is inspired from popular English white collar style of 1700’ evening wear- tailcoat. English Breakfast has a free fall. The textile is tinted with the most beloved dye- indigo. This natural dye is made from a plant called Indigofera tinctoria, a technique in use since 2000 BC. The accents at the back has a frolicking spirit. The fabric skins the traditional Japanese technique of resist dyeing, shibori, commonly practiced in Jaipur. It is lightweight, fine, soft cotton muslin from India.
